The 14 cubic meters mixer truck hydraulic system mainly consists of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, oil filters, oil tanks, high-pressure oil pipe, low-pressure oil pipe, return pipe and filters and other components. How To Maintain The SHACMAN F3000 Mixer Truck Reducer?
After the reducer works for the first time for 50h, it is necessary to check whether the connecting bolts of each part of the reducer are loose. At the same time, you should regularly check the gear meshing clearance and wear of the tooth surface, and find problems in time to solve them.
The speed reducer will produce tiny iron chips during the break-in period. Iron chips in the lubricating oil will affect the gear meshing and accelerate the wear of tooth surface.
