You Need To Know These Things Before Using A Mixer Truck

In order to give full play to the performance of the concrete mixer truck as well as to ensure the service life of the mixer truck, the brand new truck must be used before the use of break-in driving, the operator should carefully read the relevant operation manual, and in accordance with the instructions to carry out the required maintenance, this article lists the brand new mixer truck use the relevant matters of attention.

 

 

 

1. Check Items Before Using

 

a. It should check whether the concrete mixer truck nuts and various fasteners of the tires are loose, and check the air pressure of the tires.

 

b. Check the concrete mixer truck for oil, water and gas leakage, check whether the fuel, coolant, brake fluid and lubricating oil are normal, and check the water level of the water tank.

 

c. Check the concrete mixer truck whether the electric control and hand control switches are in the center position or zero position.

 

d. Start the concrete mixer truck engine and observe whether it is running normally; check whether the meter, air pressure, light, traveling brake and hand brake are normal, and observe whether the tanker body is in a stop state.

 

 

2. Loading, Transportation And Unloading Of Concrete

 

a. Before loading, check whether there is water in the tanker body and drain it cleanly, dial the operating handle to the proper position on the feeding side under the idling condition of the engine, so that the concrete mixer truck tanker body will rotate at a proper speed.

 

b. After loading, the operation handle should be dialed to the stirring position, so that the rotation speed of the concrete mixer truck tanker body becomes 1-3r/min, lock the operation handle, and put down the baffle plate of the unloading tank.

 

c. During the transportation of the mixer truck, the tanker body must rotate at 1-3r/min according to the direction of stirring, and must not stop rotating during the transportation to avoid segregation of concrete and even damage to the equipment.

 

d. After arriving at the construction site, turn the handle to the appropriate position on the feeding side and let the mixer truck tanker body rotate at 8-12r/min for 1-3 minutes, so that the concrete can be mixed evenly before unloading.

 

e. After discharging, turn the handle to the stop position, and clean the discharging hopper, discharging tanker body and the extension tank with water to prevent the concrete from solidifying in these places.
