What Do I Need To Know When Operating a Tipper Truck Unloading ?

When operating the tipper truck for unloading, park on a level and stable area. Depress the clutch, open the extractor, release the clutch and switch on the lifting bucket. According to the type of cargo, select the lifting speed and prohibit lifting to the top at one time. The following precautions in operation should be read carefully by the driver so as to improve safety awareness and reduce the risk of tipper truck rollover.

 

 

 

Be sure to obey the following operation rules for the safe of tipper truck.

 

1. The rising-falling handle must be put in the position of middle stopping after ensuring the tipper truck cargo body felling down to the bottom.

 

2. Do not stand in the working area of the tipper truck when the vehicle is being lifted.

 

3. The rise-falling of the cargo body should be carried out on the massy ground and it is strictly prohibited unloading on the uneven ground.

 

4. Pay attention to whether the rear panel of cargo body opens as unloading and be care for opening the panel.

 

5. It is not allowed to run overloaded or disproportion-loaded.

 

6. Never use hard braking for unloading or vehicle, lifting cylinder and other parts will be damaged severely.

 

7. It is strictly prohibited for personnel to stay under the tipper truck cargo body without firm support.

 

8. When loading cargo, ensure that the tipper truck is loaded evenly, front and rear, and left and right. If the cargo is loaded too far forward, the hydraulic lifting system will be overloaded. When the cargo is loaded too far rear, the tipper truck will tilt and overturn when unloading. The left and right side loading of the cargo will easily strain the cylinder and overturn.

 

9. Before do lifting cargo body, please check the cargo body back door no any hinder.

 

10. The cargo body manual switch must be opened while lifting.
