Oil Bath Air Filter Instructions

1. No machine oil was filled in before the vehicles handed over.

 

2. Volume of the oil should not exceed the prescriptive value, 4L.

 

3. Generally the air cleaner could work for 80-150h continuously.

 

 

4. Under extremely bad conditions, it is necessary to check and clean the air cleaner every day.

 

5. The shell-to-bottom shell connection pull hooks need to be checked for looseness on a daily basis.

 

6. Machine oil has to be filled in before the vehicles run in business. the viscosity should be similar to the engine oil being used.

 

 

7. To replace the filter element, remove the oil pan, then remove the nuts at the bottom of the upper and lower filters respectively.

 

8. If the machine oil doesn't flow easily when shaking the bottom shell, the bottom part be cleaned and the machine oil should be replaced.

 

9. When the air is moist and it's rainy, be sure to remove the oil sump of the air filter every 1-2 days and clean the muddy water, so as not to affect the normal operation of the engine.

 

10. The oil filter needs to replace the lower filter element after three oil changes; the upper and lower inlet cores need to be replaced at the same time after six oil changes according to the actual situation at any time.
