Concrete mixer trucks are common equipment on construction sites, which are used to mix raw materials such as cement, sand and stone into concrete to provide raw materials for building construction. 1. Maintenance And Inspection Items

 

a. Cleaning the concrete mixer truck: after each use of the concrete mixer truck, the body and mixing tanker body should be cleaned in time to prevent the concrete from remaining in the body and mixing tank, so as not to affect the next use. When cleaning, a high-pressure water gun should be used to clean and remove the concrete completely.

 

b. Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system is an important part of the concrete mixer truck, which needs regular inspection and maintenance. When checking, you should check whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient, whether the oil pipe is worn or aging, and whether the hydraulic pump is working properly.

 

c. Water tank and condenser: due to the long-term driving of the vehicle, the front of the water tank and condenser will accumulate some dust and other debris, when the accumulation is too much, if not cleaned up in time, it will directly affect the heat dissipation function of the water tank and condenser.

 

 

d. Oil and filter replacement: the engine of the concrete mixer truck needs regular oil and filter replacement. Changing the oil and filter can keep the engine working properly and prolong the service life of the engine.

 

e. Check tyres: Concrete mixer truck tyres need to be checked regularly for wear and tear and normal air pressure. If the tyres are badly worn or have insufficient air pressure, they should be replaced or inflated in time.

 

f. Maintenance of electrical system: regular inspection and maintenance are required. When checking, you should check whether the wires are worn or aged, whether the electrical connections are loose, and whether the electrical components are working properly.

 

 

g. Tanker body: check the wear and tear of the impeller and blades in the stirring drum regularly, and replace the impeller and blades with serious wear and tear regularly to ensure the stirring effect and working efficiency.

 

2. Other Precautions

 

a. When using the mixer truck, you should pay attention to the engine speed and vehicle speed to avoid over speeding or overloading, in order to ensure the safety of travelling.

 

b. After the work of the mixer truck is finished, the inside of the mixing drum and the body should be cleaned, and the remaining concrete should not be left in the drum.

 

 

c. When using the mixer truck, you should pay attention to observe the operation of the mixer truck, and if there is any abnormality, you should stop the truck and check it in time, so as to avoid the expansion of the fault.

 

d. When maintaining the mixer truck, accessories and oil from regular channels should be used to avoid damage to the mixer truck by using inferior accessories and oil.
