How Is The Dump Truck Unloading ?

Through the reasonable use of dump truck unloading mechanism, can improve the working efficiency, to protect the safety of the operator and the cargo, to achieve the purpose of smooth unloading. But most of customers don’t know how to safety operation dump truck upload, this article will explain in detail how to operate a tipper truck for unloading.

 

 

Before carrying out the lifting operation, please ensure that the truck is parked in a flat and stable area.

 

1. Gear The Power Take Off (PTO):

 

a. Make sure the rise-descend handle is place in the intermediate stop position.

 

b. Press the clutch pedal to put the transmission in neutral position.

 

c. Push the PTO switch on the left of the pneumatic control valve and place the PTO in the“Connected”position. The red indicator comes on, showing the power takeoff is connected.

 

d. Slowly release the clutch pedal and the power takeoff starts driving the pump. Control the engine speed at 1,000-1,600 r / min.

 

2. Lifting Of The Cargo Body

 

After confirming that the power take off works, push the rise-descend handle on the right of the pneumatic control valve upwards to the lifting position and the cargo body can be lifted.

 

3. Stop Of The Cargo Body

 

Place the rise-descend handle in the spacing groove and the cargo body is intermediate stop position.

 

4. Down Of The Cargo Body

 

Release the accelerator pedal to put the engine in idle. Press the clutch pedal and slowly push down the rise-descend handle, the cargo body down. When the handle is pushed to a certain position, the power take off can automatically disengage and the red indicator goes out.

 

Note: If the power takeoff fails to disengage automatically, please place its switch in the "Disconnect"position manually to disengage power take off.

 

5. Driving The Dump Truck

 

Drive the vehicle only when the power takeoff is disengaged, the red indicator is off, the dump body has descended to the bottom, the rise-descend handle is in the "stop" position, in case of a dump truck with full gearbox, the switch of the neutral position flexible plate is up, and the clutch pedal is released.
