1. Light Duty Truck Head.

Introduce: This model tractor truck with light duty chassis, it’s design for the light duty cargoes transport, such as container transportation work etc, total transport weight around 50 tons (truck head+semi trailer+cargoes). The chassis adopt the TGA tech, and axle is single diff, with 3 pcs leaf spring in each side of front axle and 5 pcs leaf spring in each side of rear axle. Front axle loading capacity is 7,000kg, rear axle loading capacity is 2x13,000kg. 2. Standard Truck Head.

 

a. Introduce: The standard truck head chassis is capable of transporting lightweight goods as well as standard goods such as various types of containers and bulk cargoes. It has a higher load capacity than the light duty truck head, which is capable of loading up to around 50 tonnes. The chassis adopt the TGA tech too, but each side of front axle have 3 pcs leaf spring and each side of rear axle have 12 pcs leaf spring . Front axle loading capacity is 7,000kg, rear axle loading capacity is 2x16,000kg. The saddle of truck head is adopt the SINOTRUK brand 90#, 3.5 inch model.

 

b. Suitable Countries: Now this model truck is very popular in Nigeria, Angola, Benin etc countries. Most of the customers in these countries use truck head for container transport in bad road condition, cause the axle with double diff when driving at bad road condition it have more stable and safety compare with single diff axle.

 

 

3. Heavy Duty Truck Head.

 

a. Introduce: Heavy duty truck heads are specially designed for heavy duty transport. These truck heads can transport more than 70 tonnes of cargo, making them ideal for transporting large goods over long distances. e.g. from mines to ports of embarkation or terminals. The truck chassis is 8+8+8mm thick, front axle loading capacity is 9500kg, read axle loading capacity is 2x16000kg, with double diff. And the front axle each side have 9 pcs leaf spring, rear axle each side have 12 pcs leaf spring. Due to always need heavy duty loading, so the saddle of truck head is adopt the heavy duty model, 3.5 inch.
