Concrete Mixer Truck Tanker Body Introduction

The importance of the concrete mixer truck as a mainstay on construction sites cannot be overstated. The tanker body, as the main accessory of the mixer truck, plays the role of loading and storing concrete, which is also very important. 1. Tanker Body

 

The tanker body is the main part of the concrete mixer truck, which is mainly composed of main body, sealing tube, blade and mixing leaf. The funnel-shaped sealing tube ensures smooth feeding, the curved blade helps the discharging performance of low-slump concrete, and there are holes in the blade, which reduces the adhesion of concrete on it, and is conducive to the improvement of the quality of ready-mixed concrete. The whole main body is mounted on top of the stand, supported by two pallets at the front, and there is a manhole on the body, which is convenient for maintenance.

 

 

2. Transmission System

 

Transmission system through the chassis after the engine output take force, the power through the universal coupling to the hydraulic pump, hydraulic pump of high-pressure oil drive motor, hydraulic motor will power to the reducer and drive the tanker body for forward or reverse rotation, to achieve the feed churning, mixing and discharging.

 

 

3. Hydraulic System

 

Hydraulic system mainly consists of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, oil filters, oil tanks, high-pressure oil pipe, low-pressure oil pipe, return pipe and filters and other components. The hydraulic pump is equipped with manual servo adjusting handle, which can adjust the flow rate and direction of the hydraulic oil, thus controlling the steering and rotating speed of the tanker body. The forward and reverse rotation of the mixing drum can be adjusted steplessly.

 

 

4. Control System

 

Manoeuvring lever distribution on both sides of the rear of the car, both sides of the rear of the rod system control system, trigger the manipulation handle, the rod system can drive the adjustment handle of the hydraulic pump and the engine throttle, in order to regulate the flow and direction of the hydraulic oil, so as to control the tanker body of the feeding and discharging; flexible shaft manipulation is distributed in the rear of the left side of the car, simple, flexible and convenient to manoeuvre.

 

 

5. Device Of Feeding and Discharging

 

The feeding and discharging device consists of feeding hopper, upper discharging chute, lower discharging chute and adjusting handle. The lower discharge chute can be rotated 180° horizontally and adjusted vertically to adapt to various working conditions, and there is a locking device on it, which can be fixed and locked when the vehicle is travelling to ensure driving safety.

 

 

6. Water Supply System

 

When pneumatic water supply is used, the water supply system consists of storage cylinder, pressure reducing valve, check valve, manual air switch, water tank, water pipe and other accessories, which is used to flush the blades in the tanker body, inlet and outlet troughs, and is equipped with a hose and a high-pressure water gun in order to flush the car body. When the water pump is used to supply water, the water supply system consists of water pump, buzzer, water tank, water pipe and other accessories.
