Cement Tanker Truck Main Parts Maintenance

Cement tanker trucks are capable of mixing concrete, cement and other materials and transporting them to the construction site, providing the necessary building materials for the construction industry, and are one of the indispensable equipment for construction projects. Previously has been a specific introduction to the three main accessories of the cement tanker truck and its function, this piece of article will detail how to carry out the three main accessories for maintenance and repair, as follows:

 

1. Maintenance Of Hydraulic Pump And Motor

 

Hydraulic pump, motor failure, need to be replaced in time to send the professional designated maintenance department repair, in the removal of the old oil pump, motor, mounting the new oil pump, motor should pay attention to the following points:

 

a. When removing the old oil pump motor, the oil pipe should be dismantled first, and the oil pump and the oil pipe should be sealed immediately to prevent dust from entering the oil pump and the pipe, and then the oil pump should be removed from the mixer truck.

 

b. Mount the oil pump and motor smoothly. Tighten the screws, and then install the oil pump, motor, oil port and receiver.

 

c. When the installation of all oil pipes is completed, turn off the oil pump R-port oil plug, drain the air inside the oil pump until the R-port oil does not contain gas, and then tighten the R-port;

 

d. Remove the motor, the uppermost T-port connector, add clean hydraulic oil to the motor until it is full, and then tighten the connector.

 

e. Check the oil level of the oil tank, if there is a lack of oil, you need to add clean hydraulic oil to supplement.

 

f. Start the car engine, idle for 10 minutes (with the oil pump operating in neutral and the mixing cylinder not moving), check the noise of the oil pump and motor and whether there is any oil leakage in each oil pipe.

 

g. Slowly operate the joystick in one direction to make the mixing barrel rotate clockwise at a slower speed, and slowly rotate for 20 minutes (the mixing barrel is empty, and the truck is at idle speed);

 

h. Reset the joystick to neutral so that the mixing cylinder stops, check the fuel level of the tank and refuel.

 

 

2. Maintenance And Repair Of Reducer

 

The engine speed should not be too high, the speed should be increased slowly, the drum speed should not be more than 15 rpm in the first two minutes, the engine speed is too high, it will damage the gearbox.

 

a. Oil model: The gear oil used in the reducer is SAE80W.

 

b. Oil change time:  

500 working hours after first use

The second time is 2000 working hours

Thereafter, the oil must be changed every 2,000 working hours or one year, regardless of the number of working hours, as long as one year has elapsed.

 

c. Others.

We suggest to let fuel off at the oil temperature of about 60.

The tightness of connecting screws must be checked after each oil change.

The tightness of connecting screws should be checked after change fuel every time. One should check the oil level every month and re-tighten all the bolts connected to the gearbox with a working spanner.

 

d. Important Notes.

After the first 50 hours of use, the bolts should be tightened with a torque spanner (210 N.m for flange bolts and 580 N.m for base bolts).
